Following an open competition to Design the new facilities for Bundoran, the Design and project Management of this
landmark building was awarded to us in 2001.
The Design of the building combines an excellence in Architecture with a design concept that matches the clients brief perfectly.
The two main uses of the building (Council offices & Library) can operate jointly or separately as would frequently be required.
A key concept to the success of this project, lay in making both facilities universally accessible, Bundoran Library is the busiest
Public Library in Co. Donegal.
The Value of this project was €1.8M which was on budget, (area of building 600 M2 )the Building was delivered in 12 months – on time.
